Description: On April 16, 2020, NYPD Officer Jose Romero, along with two unnamed NYPD Officers, approached Plaintiff and unlawfully stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered (in his head, neck, back, body and limbs) and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner, using handcuffs. Plaintiff sustained serious severe, painful and permanent bodily injuries as a result of this interaction.
