Complaint
Description: On July 3, 2018, Plaintiff was riding his bike when undercover police officers from the warrant squad chased him with their patrol car and and knocked him off his bike into the road. Plaintiff was then handcuffed, arrested and transported to thee 77th Precinct and then central booking. On July 4, 2018, Plaintiff was taken to a local hospital and while returning from the ER, officers Multani, Pearson, and certain unnamed officers began striking his face and body with their fists and rolled magazines. One officer also twisted Plaintiff's write while he was still in handcuffs.
