Description: On or about December 5, 2016, Plaintiff was falsely arrested and detained by NYPD officers, including PO Gustavo Ochoa, Sgt. Juan Burgos, and Detective Christopher Brady, all of the 44th Precinct in Bronx, New York. Plaintiff was accused of criminal possession of a weapon, despite no reasonable cause or probable cause for the arrest. After being detained and prosecuted for over two years, the charges were dismissed on October 16, 2018, in favor of Plaintiff.
