Description: On May 25, 2020 Plaintiff was on a Number 6 train in NYC. When the train pulled into a station Defendants Saha and Long approached the plaintiff and demanded he exit the train. The defendants did not have a lawful basis to eject the plaintiff from the subway. When plaintiff did not immediately exit the train, Defendant Police office Long punched the plaintiff twice in the head and then threw the plaintiff and his belonging from the subway car to the station platform. The defendants pepper sprayed and continued to assault the plaintiff. Plaintiff was arrested.
