Complaint
Description: On July 15, 2013, Defendant Police Officer Charles Cerami, who has been the subject of prior complaints of misconduct, pulled Plaintiff over while Plaintiff was driving his car and assaulted and battered him. Plaintiff was wrongfully accused of and detained and maliciously prosecuted for violating Penal and Traffic laws. Defendant Officer Cerami provided false testimony against Plaintiff. The false charges weren't dismissed until January 14, 2014. This caused Plaintiff physical injuries as well as emotional distress.
