Description: On or about March 21, 2021, NYPD Officers Jason Garcia, Juan Acostavilla, MD Ahad, Christopher Arnaud, Obrian Barnett, Ibn Barthelemy, John M. Gutierrez, Nazim Karim, Keith Kelly, Richard Kissane, Jeremy Lorenzorivera, Ercilio Luna, Victor Nina, Luis Rivera, Kimberly Rose, Christian Valencia, Filipe Vieira, and Bryan Wilder approached the Plaintiff without probable cause. One of the officers, whose specific identify is not known to Plainitff, pulled his pants down and threw him to the ground face first causing severe injuries requiring surgery. Description: On or about October 14, 2017, at approximately 8:50 p.m., P.O Barnett O'Brian and P.O. John Doe 1 assaulted and falsely arrested Plaintiff. The events that resulted in Plaintiff's arrest began on 187th Street and Crotona Avenue, in the County of Bronx, City and State of New York and continued at the 48th Precinct and on to the Central Bookings of the County of Bronx, City and State of New York.
