Description: Plaintiff was lawfully selling merchandise at a table on the street when Defendant Officers arrived and asked Plaintiff for identification. Defendant Officers falsely claimed that Plaintiff had placed his hands on pedestrians' hands as they passed, arrested Plaintiff, and took him to the precinct where he was arraigned on charges of Aggressive Begging in a Public Place. He was taken into custody for three to four days, and after several court appearances the charges were dismissed.
