Description: On October 19, 2021, Plaintiff was walking in his neighborhood when an unknown male initiated an altercation and knocked him to the ground. Video footage shows Plaintiff trying to get up off the ground and avoiding escalating the situation. PO Gloria Cevallos and Minator Kryeziu then arrived at the scene and tried to handcuff Plaintiff while he was still on the ground, without first announcing themselves or asking any questions. A confused Plaintiff attempted to stand up from the sidewalk while PO Cevallos held his arms behind his back. Description: On August 24, 2016, NYPD officers Donald Harris, Gloria Cevallos, and Robert Durst pulled over Plaintiff's vehicle and searched Plaintiff. Although Plaintiff complied with the officers' requests and the officers did not recover any illegal drugs or contraband, Plaintiff was unlawfully handcuffed and arrested. Plaintiff was held approximately 6 hours in custody at Bronx County Central Booking.
