Description: On January 26, 2017, defendant NYPD officers Juan Pinero and Jamie Martinez, along with unnamed defendant NYPD officers, unlawfully and based solely on the basis of his age and/or race, stopped, searched, battered, handcuffed and detained plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was then processed, strip searched, and maliciously prosecuted on the basis of fabricated information. Plaintiff suffered severe physical and motional injuries as a result of this incident. All charges against plaintiff were later terminated favorably.
