Description: On March 29, 2017, plaintiff was lawfully present at Bronxwood Ave. and E. 221st St., Bronx, NY. Plaintiff was lawfully driving, when he became aware he was being pulled over by NYPD officers. Plaintiff pulled over. Defendants approached plaintiff’s vehicle on the driver side, and requested he provide his license and registration.
