Complaint
Description: On April 8, 2023, at 200 Marcy Pl., Bronx, NY, Plaintiff was arrested. Defendants signed plaintiff's criminal complaint falsely accusing plaintiff of other related charges. Defendants arrested, imprisoned, searched and seized plaintiff. Plaintiff had multiple assaults and batteries, committed to his person, by defendants. Plaintiff was rear handcuffed by defendants, placed in a NYPD vehicle, and transported to a NYPD precinct. At the precinct, plaintiff was searched, questioned, photographed, fingerprinted, strip-searched twice with a visual cavity inspection. All charges against plaintiff were unconditionally dismissed, representing a termination in plaintiff's favor.
