Description: On or about January 18, 2013, Plaintiff 1 was at home with his wife and mother-in-law. Then, NYPD officers Vincent Mugno, Joseph C. Digennaro, William Wanamaker, William Parker, and Frank Caruso, supervised by officers Michael Coyle and Neal Polis, and dressed in black military-type gear and wearing helmets with face shields, smashed in the door of the premises and ran into it, brandishing pistols, ballistic shields, rifles, and flashlights. Two of the officers ran into the bedroom where Plaintiff 1 was sitting on his bed reading, jumped onto the bed, ordered Plaintiff 1 to kneel on the floor, which he did, pulled his hands behind his back and handcuffed him.
