Description: On July 8, 2023 Plaintiff was lawfully riding his motorbike when a police vehicle driven by PO Abdulhadi Chalati and also occupied by PO Freddy Guevara came into contact, causing Plaintiff serious and permanent injury. POs, including Lt. Danny Lei, then falsely arrested Plaintiff. In addition to physical injuries, Plaintiff also suffered humiliation, shame, indignity, damage to reputation and credit, emotional distress, and loss of his motorbike as a result of this incident.
