On March 22nd, 2017, at 4:30PM, [redacted] was outside his home at [redacted] in Queens, when he called 911 in regards to his landlord, [redacted], allegedly violating an order of protection. Shortly thereafter, Police Officers Christopher Macaluso, Abdulhadi Chalati, Timothy Molinet, and Stephen Uniszkiewicz, all of the 113th Precinct, arrived at the house. [redacted] watched from a distance. [redacted] attempted to show PO Macaluso and PO Chalati the order of protection, which one of them took from his hand and gave to [redacted]'s sister, pushing her in the process (Allegation A). [redacted] asked why he was being arrested. In response, PO Macaluso allegedly said "Shut the fuck up (Allegation B)." [redacted] asked PO Macaluso and PO Chalati for their names, but they both allegedly refused to provide them (Allegations C and D). At some point shortly after this, PO Macaluso allegedly said "You're going to jail, idiot (Allegation E). As PO Macaluso and PO Chalati were leaving, [redacted] also asked PO Macaluso and PO Chalati for their names, and they both allegedly refused to provide them (Allegations F and G). As he was being processed at the 113th Precinct Stationhouse, [redacted] again asked PO Macaluso and PO Chalati for their names, and they both again allegedly refused (Allegations H and I).
