Complaint
Description: On February 24, 2023, Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle when Officer Joseph A. Curatolo and John or Jane Doe 1-10 arrested the driver. An unnamed officer told Plaintiff he could drive the vehicle and leave. Despite following such unnamed officer's instructions, Officer Curatolo and John or Jane Doe 1-10 illegally seized Plaintiff's person by violently and aggressively grabbing Plaintiff's head and body. Officer Curatolo and John or Jane Doe 1-10 illegally searched Plaintiff by aggressively shoving their hands into his clothes and intimate areas and then violently contorted Plaintiff's arms and wrists behind his back, applied handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion and lifted Plaintiff by the handcuffs, c...
