Description: Plaintiff Pulido-Wolf on November 20, 2014 at approximately 7 pm at the Myrtle Avenue and Broadway Train Station in Brooklym swiped her metrocard and walked through the turnstile. Plaintiff Lawson saw Pulido Wolf swipe her metrocard for him and walked through the turnstile. Defendant NYPD officer Evans Mazile approached both Plaintiffs and asked for identification and told plaintiffs to sit down. Pulido Wolff sat down but Lawson stood. Mazile found Lawson to be defiant and sprayed Lawson with pepper spray. Mazile struck Lawson in the head with his fists and twice with a baton hitting his arm and his forehead.
