Description: On December 1, 2019, Jose J. Joseph was falsely accused of and arrested for strangling victim T.J. Joseph alleges that Defendants Hart, Larin, Fernandez, Shopiro, and Abumalouh knew about the victim's serious credibility issue before his arrest, failing to include information about the victim's sobriety and credibility at the time of the alleged strangulation.
