Description: On or about June 17, 2014, POs Michael Hansson, Kimberly Huacon, Pedro Bobe, and John Bartek caused a malicious prosecution to be initiated against Plaintiff. Specifically, PO Hansson falsely reported he observed Plaintiff in possession of a firearm and that he observed Plaintiff throw that firearm into the street, and further that a confidential informant told PO Hansson he saw Plaintiff in possession of a firearm and discharge said firearm. POs also withheld exculpatory evidence from prosecutors. As a result of the actions by POs, Plaintiff was incarcerated for several days and prosecuted for nearly 4 years.
