Description: On August 4, 2012, NYPD Officers including Ryan Bracconeri, James Simpson, Jude Scilarillo, Jose Feliciano, and others accosted Plaintiff, beat him, and arrested him for no reason. He was then taken to a Precinct and questioned about a shooting he had no involvement in. He was then subject to an intrusive search. The officers then made up false charges to cover up their misconduct.
