Description: On Dec. 15, 2012, Plaintiff, a resident of Pennsylvania, was lawfully operating his vehicle in Manhattan when he was taken into custody by Defendants NYPD Officers Green and John Does 1-4 for allegedly operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs. Plaintiff was placed in handcuffs and transported to an NYPD precinct and then to New York County Central Booking. Plaintiff was released on March 20, 2013. Plaintiff was charged with one count of Operating a Vehicle While Ability Impaired by Drugs. Plaintiff made several court appearances, and ultimately the case was dismissed on Nov. 25, 2013.
