At approximately 3:45 a.m. on May 20, 2018, [redacted] was at the Brass Monkey, a bar at 55 Little West 12th Street in Manhattan. Sergeant John Becerra and Police Officer Corey Green of the 6th Precinct, followed by Police Officers Brian Ferguson and Douglass Lee of the 6th Precinct, responded to a call for help from the manager, [redacted] was refusing to leave the bar. Sergeant Becerra, Police Officer Green, Police Officer Lee, and Police Officer Ferguson used physical force to place [redacted] into handcuffs (Allegation A: Force: [redacted]) (Allegation B: Force: [redacted]) (Allegation C: Force: [redacted]) (Allegation D: Force: [redacted]).
[redacted] was transported to the 6th Precinct stationhouse by Police Officers Ilir Krasniqi and Timothy Borock of the 6th Precinct.
