Description: On or about April 7, 2023, Plaintiff was arrested on a false complaint. Plaintiff was released that night without being further detained. He later realized that the police had not given him back all of his personal property, including a key to get back inside his house. Upon returning to Police Service Area 6, he stopped at the gate. An Asian male, NYPD lieutenant John Doe 1 and an African American male, NYPD Officer John Doe 2 came to the gate. John Doe 1 refused to give Plaintiff his keys and ordered him out of PSA6. Defendant John Doe 1 then grabbed the Plaintiff and yanked him harshly, preventing Plaintiff from leaving. John Doe 1 yelled at Defendants John Does 2-4 to cuff plaintiff. Plaintiff was unable to...
