Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was arrested outside his home along with his girlfriend when Defendant Officers were called in response to a domestic violence dispute. At the precinct, a detective stripped Plaintiff's clothes off him and brutally assaulted him. Plaintiff was taken to the hospital and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, harassment and attempted assault, which were all later dismissed.
