Complaint
Description: On September 23, 2015, Plaintiffs were in their residence with a guest and attempting to enter the rooftop open to residents and guests. Landlord defendants confronted the plaintiffs with hostility and called the police claiming that Plaintiffs were intruders with drugs and weapons. Upon arrival, the police arrested the plaintiffs, slammed them into cars, and detained them. Plaintiffs were detained for 23 hours and then released. All charges against plaintiffs were dismissed.
