Complaint
Description: On March 30, 2019, defendant NYPD officer Jonathan Duke and defendant NYPD traffic agent Gagandeep Singh, along with unnamed NYPD officers, approached plaintiff and unlawfully stopped, searched, handcuffed, arrested and detained plaintiff. Plaintiff was transported to the 83rd precinct where he was processed. Defendant police officers, including Duke, provided the DA with false and misleading information in order to effectuate prosecution of plaintiff. All chares were dismissed on May 30, 2019.
