Description: On or about May 21, 2014 (or March 5, 2011 as stated later in the complaint) PO Alex Lombardozzi and other POs forcibly seized, detained, and arrested Plaintiff. When Plaintiff objected to the false arrest POs beat Plaintiff's body, including his mouth and face, with batons and fists and pepper-sprayed Plaintiff, causing Plaintiff to suffer head trauma and seek medical attention. Plaintiff was wrongfully charged with reckless endangerment, obstructing governmental administration, and resisting arrest.
