Description: On or about August 2, 2018, defendant NYPD Officers Luis Alicea and Miguel Donovan, along with unnamed defendant NYPD Officers, stopped, handcuffed and arrested plaintiff. Plaintiff was transported to the 48th precinct by defendant officers including defendant NYPD Officer Richard McKnight, then processed and arraigned on or about August 3, 2018. Plaintiff was seriously injured physically and sustained great physical pain, and was falsely arrested and maliciously prosecuted by defendant officers.

Description: On or about May 23, 2018, NYPD Officers Chad Poidomani, Miguel Donovan, Luis Alicea, Janet Gil, Michael Duggan, Robert Wichers, and Sergeant Nichola McGarry wrongfully and falsely accused Plaintiff Cruz of the crime of possession of a firearm. The officers deliberately and maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff, an innocent male without any probable cause whatsoever, by filing a criminal complaint for the purpose of falsely accusing Plaintiff of a crime he did not commit. The case was resolved in Plaintiff's favor.
