Description: Very long complaint but the allegations against the officers are "Plaintiff was then falsely arrested on September 26th, 2015, kidnapped and injured while in Police custody, subjected to unlawful invasion of his computer and cell phone, and illegal copying of his most personal and private files (i.e. the hacking and theft of Plaintiffs digital properties), and even deletion of his personal files while in police custody (destruction of property). Plaintiff was then maliciously prosecuted for over a year and a half.."
