Description: On or about September 3, 2014, Plaintiff was removed from a private residence and arrested by Defendants New York City Police Department Officers Jessica Romance and John Doe 1-10. They took Plaintiff to the 113th Precinct where he was searched, detained, and interrogated, and then later to Central Booking. Defendant P.O. Jessica Romance completed a false or misleading accusatory instrument against Plaintiff. Plaintiff was detained at Riker's Island from September 4, 2014 to October 2, 2014, and all charges were dismissed on or about November 18, 2014. Plaintiff sustained physical, mental, and emotional injuries.
