Description: On March 5, 2014, Defendant officers approached, arrested, and handcuffed Plaintiff without probable cause or legal reason, as Plaintiff was not engaged in any criminal activity. Plaintiff was taken to a local area NYPD station here where he was processed and held in custody before being transported to Central Booking. Plaintiff was kept locked up in a cell at Central Booking for hours before the DA's Office decline to prosecute Plaintiff, and, thus, Plaintiff was released without ever being brought before a judge. The Defendants then gave false statements and/or failed to file accurate or corrective statements

Description: On February 3, 2012, plaintiff was walking along Bainbridge Street, between Malcolm X Boulevard and Patchen Avenue, Brooklyn, having just purchased a soda from a nearby convenience store. Plaintiff noticed a police van following her. As the van drew nearer, a male from inside the van yelled, "Yo, son, come here!" The van stopped, defendants exited the vehicle and surrounded plaintiff. Clerge demanded to see plaintiff's ID. Clerge insisted plaintiff tell him what was inside the bag she was carrying. Plaintiff showed the soda she bought.
