Description: On June 23, 2022, Defendants, including DARIEN YLDEFONSO and other unknown police officers stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner and without probable cause or any other legal justification. Plaintiff sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries from this incident. He then remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and maliciously prosecuted. Finally, the criminal action against Plaintiff was terminated favorably.
