Description: On April 11, 2021, Plaintiff was lawfully present at or about Washington Square Park nearest the park's entrance in Manhattan when he was assaulted and battered by the defendants, including ANDY HANDY HEENPELLA and other unknown police officers. Plaintiff was shoved with a baton repeatedly, causing him to fall over a bench and strike the ground, injuring his left shoulder. The plaintiff went to the 6th police Precinct to file a complaint against the defendant police officers. After more than an one hour and a half of waiting for a report, the plaintiff left to seek medical treatment for his injuries as a result of the assault and battery he had sustained.
