Complaint
Description: On January 11, 2019, in front of 2814 Bronx Park E, Bronx, NY, Defendants approached plaintiff with their loaded firearms, outstretched limbs, and other objects to physically seize plaintiff. Defendants wrongfully touched, grabbed, handcuffed and seized plaintiff in an excessive manner. Plaintiff was arrested and taken to the 49th Precinct. Plaintiff was in custody for two days before being released. Defendants deliberately provided false information to the DA's office to induce prosecution of the Plaintiff.
