Description: On January 1, 2017, Plaintiff was near his home in the Bronx on public property when Officers Fernando Rodriguez, Enlirat Gjevukaj, Paul Acosta, and Angel Delgado arrived to disperse a crowd. Plaintiff was told to leave and began to leave when Officer Rodriguez began to push him from behind. Plaintiff asked why, and was tackled, beaten, arrested, and imprisoned for hours in a vehicle. His case was terminated on June 2, 2017. Plaintiff had not resisted arrested in any way.
