Complaint
Description: On or about February 27, 2023, plaintiff was having an argument with her then 15-year old son. Officer Timothy Beck and unidentified (John Doe) police officers 1-10 arrived at the scene and arrested the plaintiff. Plaintiff was transferred to jail, where she was charged with assault, harassment, and endangerment. Plaintiff was held in custody while she remained handcuffed for many hours. On June 2, 2023, proceedings against the plaintiff were terminated on the basis that the People could not prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt.
