Description: On or about March 12, 2023 and continuing to March 13, 2023, plaintiff, who was otherwise lawfully in and near his motor vehicle parked outside of his residence, was illegally and falsely arrested by defendant police officers Zaman Shazana, Sgt. Deshommes Jeffrey, Sergio Monty Ang and others identified only as "Blackman" and "Angelo". In connection with the arrest, plaintiff was removed from his car under the threat of violence, accosted without provocation, lifted and slammed onto the car, struck multiple times (in the head, beck, back and body areas) causing him to sustain injury and ongoing pain (which in turn caused him to become addicted to painkillers), forcibly handcuffed, and then ultimately transport...
