Description: On or about June 2, 2020, Plaintiff was attending a barbeque in front of his residence. Uniformed POs Tue and John and Jane Doe 1-10 pulled up in an unmarked vehicle and asked attendees if they had weapons. The POs searched 5 - 6 attendees, including Plaintiff, without consent. They also searched Plaintiff's car without consent. No searches produced evidence of anything illegal. When Plaintiff inquired why his vehicle was being searched, a PO pushed him. When Plaintiff asked why he was being pushed, the PO pushed him again with greater force. Plaintiff attempted to protect himself, and ultimately numerous officers responded and attacked him. Description: On June 30, 2019, the plaintiff was present at Devoe Park, Bronx, when the defendant POs including Eric Dipaolo and Ryan Lawrence were arresting another individual in Devoe Park. When the plaintiff attempted to film the POs arrest with improper force of the other individual, the defendants struck the plaintiff in the head/face area causing the plaintiff to fall to the ground. The plaintiff was then arrested and transported to the 52nd Precinct and then to the Bronx Central Booking. All charges were later dismissed.

Description: On May 11, 2019, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of East 196th Street and Valentine Avenue in the Bronx, New York. At that time, Plaintiff was approached by several police officers, including Officers Christop Montera, and Garry Tuma. Without any probable cause, arrest warrant, or legal justification, and on the basis of Plaintiff's race, the officers summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, and detained Plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search while in custody, falsely charged, and prosecuted for crimes that were later dismissed.
