On October 19, 2023, at approximately 2:00 PM, [redacted] sat on a public bench located on the corner of West Kingsbridge Road and Aqueduct Avenue in the Bronx. Detective Joseph Walsh, of Intel FIO, along with DET Christopher Montera, also of Intel FIO, stopped [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, substantiated).
