Description: On August 9, 2012, Plaintiff was walking with some acquaintances in the Bronx when an unmarked police car pulled up and two plainclothes Jon Does of the NYPD approached Plaintiff, thought to be Defendant Walsh and Sergeant James Arneth. Defendant Walsh told them to "get on the wall" in sum and substance, and proceeded to search Plaintiff and his acquaintances. The officers did not provide Plaintiff with justification for the stop and search when he asked twice. The officers found a small folding pocketknife in Plaintiff's pocket, which was a legal, non-gravity knife, two inches in length. Plaintiff was placed in excessively tight handcuffs and asked "why do you have to be an asshole?" by Defendant Walsh before ...
