Description: On January 29, 2016, plaintiff was walking on the street. The defendants approached him in an unmarked car and arrested him. Defendants placed plaintiff in tight handcuffs and refused to loosen them when asked. Plaintiff was transported to the precinct, but his seatbelt was not fastened and he almost fell off of his seat. At the precinct, plaintiff was strip-searched and made to squat and cough while naked. Defendants took his cellphone and headphones and haven't returned the property. Police filed false complaints with the DA's office.

Description: On March 20, 2011, Plaintiffs Roy Bissessar and Amrika Shepard were walking when defendant officers stopped them and ticketed Bissessar.
