Complaint
Description: On November 14, 2021, The Plaintiff exited his residence to throw trash when he was approached by the defendants with firearms drawn with regard to an arrest warrant. Knowing this was untrue, the Plaintiff was tased multiple times and tackled to the ground. When on the ground, excessive force was used on the Plaintiff. Paramedics treated the Plaintiff, including wrongful administration of the drug Midazolam, and transported the Plaintiff to the hospital. On November 15, 2021, the Plaintiff was discharged from the hospital and imprisoned, but the next day was again brought to the hospital for further treatment.
