Complaint
Description: Plaintiff lawfully entered the subway station when he was approached by Defendant Officer Rosso who gratuitously and savagely pushed him, causing injuries. Officer Rosso left and came back with other Defendant Officers and concocted a false story about what happened. Plaintiff was taken in an ambulance to the hospital.
