Description: On May 14, 2013, plaintiff Sean Devoe left his High School and witnessed several NYPD officers arresting a fellow student in a rough manner. Plaintiff called to the officers to stop and defendant Officer Snyder approached plaintiff and shoved him in the chest several times, telling him to leave the area, so plaintiff walked away. After turning a corner, plaintiff was approached by defendants Officer Derek Tricoli and Officer Wayne Scott, who pushed plaintiff against a wall and handcuffed him, searched him and transported him to the precinct, where he was searched by other members of the NYPD and fingerprinted.
