Complaint
Description: On March 29, 2012, Raiel Schwartz (plaintiff) left McDonalds and was thrown to the ground, struck and brutalized by Police Officers Rodolfo Bisono, Kenneth Faulkner, Raymond Dejesus (defendants). Their knees were placed on the neck of the plaintiff and also sprayed mace on him. He was assaulted and battered without any justification or cause. The plaintiff was handcuffed, falsely arrested, then taken to the hospital before being transported to the precinct where he was falsely imprisoned. All charges were ultimately dismissed but the plaintiff has suffered both physical and emotional injury. The City of NY and NYPD were negligent, reckless and careless in their hiring, training and supervision.
