Description: On August 8, 2018 Plaintiff was detained by a Home Depot employee and compelled to sign a blank piece of paper. POs Kellie Hughes and Elmore McDonald arrived and conversed at length with the employee, instructing him how to fill out the signed paper so it properly alleged a criminal complaint. Plaintiff attempted to explain the misunderstanding but POs did not listen to him. After instructing the employee on how to properly allege a criminal complaint, POs arrested Plaintiff and charged him with Petit Larceny and possession of stolen property. Description: On August 7, 2018, plaintiff was assaulted by an individual claiming to be a law enforcement official following a motor vehicle accident caused by the assailant. After plaintiff called 911, defendant POs Enders and John Does 1-10, without any probable cause, arrested plaintiff. Plaintiff was detained for about ten hours. He was then released and no charges were brought against him.
