Description: On April 24, 2013, Plaintiffs were illegally and unlawfully arrested by the Defendant officers. Prior to the plaintiffs arrest, Plaintiffs observed the vicious beating, battery and assault of their family member. When asked why they were doing this, Defendant officers approached Ms. White, threw her against the chain link fence, turned her around, and handcuffed her. Plaintiff Ivory Pachecho recorded these illegal actions. Police Officer Jimmie Moore punched Pacheco and slammed her to the ground. The criminal charges against the plaintiffs were dismissed on December 17, 2015.
