On September 10, 2017, at approximately 4:00 p.m., [redacted] was driving when he was pulled over in front of 870 Rosedale Avenue in the Bronx by PO Michael Heinz and PO Jimmie Moore of PSA 8 (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]).
