Description: On April 10, 2019, plaintiffs were in a car and were trying to park by the curb behind a row of double parked cars. Plaintiff 1 was in the driver's seat of plaintiff 2's car. Plaintiff 2 has sickle cell anemia which causes him pain and prevents him from driving for large stretched. Plaintiffs stopped their vehicle to look for parking and to pick up a friend. Description: On May 2, 2019, plaintiff went to the scene of the arrest of her boyfriend at the intersection of Kingsbridge Rd and Briggs Avenue and was asked by unknown PO about her identification. Plaintiff informed the POs that her identification was inside her vehicle and walked back to her vehicle to retrieve her identification. Defendant Saline put his hands inside the window of plaintiff's car and broke the window to take her identification. Once the window was broken, defendants POs, including Saline and Doe 1 and Doe 2, dragged plaintiff out of her vehicle causing multiple cuts, abrasions and bruises about her and body. Description: On February 3, 2019, Plaintiff was present in her home on 2527 Valentine Avenue, Bronx, NY, when she emerged outside to find Officers John Does 1-3 punching and hitting her son in the backseat of a police car.
