On April 6, 2019, at approximately 6:56 p.m., Police Officer Anthony Saline of the 52nd Precinct stopped the vehicle in which [redacted] and [redacted] were occupants at the intersection of East 195th Street and Webster Avenue in the Bronx (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
