Description: On or about May 21, 2018, Defendants, including PO Angel Rivera, Sergeant Pedro Ingles, PO Lennin F. Badia, and Sergeant Juan Nolasco, wrongfully and unlawfully searched, seized, and arrested Plaintiff inside its residence without probable cause or justification.
